SB 192 to provide liability for the publishing or distributing of material harmful to minors on the internet and the wrongful retention of individually identifiable information and SB 193 to establish provisions related to the review and selection of instructional materials in school districts will be heard in committee this coming week. Week five was incredibly busy with bill hearings, Senate votes, and back in Rapid City testifying as a proponent for the new social studies standards and attending a fundraiser for Storybook Island.
